The ISSB test is part of the selection process by the Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) for individuals who want to join the armed defense forces in Pakistan as follows:
- Army
- Navy
- Air Force
ISSB evaluates the candidates through a series of Issb tests and Issb interviews to determine their capability to be part of the Pakistan military. The selection process at ISSB is known for its comprehensive approach, aiming to assess not only the intellectual capabilities of the candidates but also their personality attributes, leadership qualities, and overall fitness.
At ISSB candidate undergoes three types of tests for the selection process.
- Psychological Test
- Group Testing Officer (GTO) Test
