University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences UVAS in Lahore is one of the oldest institutes of veterinary sciences and microbiology in Lahore, Punjab Pakistan and it was established in 1882 and formerly known as Lahore Veterinary College and College of Veterinary Sciences.
University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences offers admisson in various programs affiliated with Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council and Higher Education Commission (HEC). Presently, UVAS comprises of 23 departments in five faculties, four institutes, two constituent colleges along with seven affiliated institutes at Attock, Rawalpindi, Shiekhupura, Okara, Lahore, Narowal and Sahiwal.
